When you go to hell... I think they send you via this place for purgatory, and make you obey the commands of the lady on the front desk. We arrived at 930 with the simple task of getting 3 passports. We prepped all the paper, took photos, but still managed to leave at 330pm ( 6 hours later) without any passports. I think they must have some sort of KPI, that incentivises them to keep people out of Peru, as it genuinely seems impossible to get anything done in this building. A simple task of walking up the street and turning left to get to a post office is turned into a second David Bowie labyrinth movie with an indecipherable map and some crazy instructions from “Herr General” on the front desk, who is hell bent on ensuring you waste atleast 4 hours of your life that you will never get back. I wish all those who venture down those stairs good luck. And I suggest you take entertainment and food.. cos you ain’t getting out any time soon
