Very disorganised! Staff were very rude... the whole atmosphere was unpleasant and unwelcome

Horrible place. Impossibly long queues with incredibly slow service. Full of misinformed staff. They don't even answer the phone when you call. Further, they take too long to deliver the service such as a visa (3 weeks+) and they do not even have a waiting room. This is not a professional institution. The staff are not in any sort of uniform or formal attire so it is near impossible to know who is staff.

Staff are unprofessional customer services is bad and ridiculous they don't know anything. Very bad for our country.

The website should be updated to reflect the real opening times which is 9.30am for the visa application and only on Monday - Wednesday and Friday.

I'm very please and happy about the services, because things are different now. I hope they will keep it this way.

a high commissioner or an ambassador needs to come and investigate the lack of professionalism not to mention the appalling service they give. there is no order no real customer service and no compassion. they increase prices on their own terms and never update the website or pick up the phone. its bad enough that our country back home isn't improving we don't have to face such unnecessarry delay when i see things like this it breaks my heart because no other embassy is run like this! frankly I'm disgusted and i am still waiting on my passport and consular card which originally came to me with the wrong information i went there in December to hand it back in n its now almost march and still NOTHING. I've called and called until I've given up. This needs to get fixed. fast
