I had a very unpleasant encounter here. I had been booked for an appointment but when I turned up the Embassy was closed. This meant that I had to rearrange my travel and work schedule. The representative, Mahmoud, refused to accept any responsibility for this and the Consul himself was even more useless.

When I asked to speak to someone Mahmoud threatened to cancel the service I had already paid for. The general attitude and manner here are very unprofessional and reflect badly on Jordan.
