''To serve Poland – to build Europe – to understand the world'' - from the Embassy's website... This place should be shut down, all workers fired, we have 2017 and as usual when it comes to any Polish gov institution it feels like we are going back at least 100 years. When will they keep up with times?!?! when will they learn customer service! SHAME for Poland and Polish people!!

Despite a few difficulties while making the booking, I was pleasantly surprised by very efficient service and super nice and helpful staff. I had to put application for a new passport and the whole visit didn't last more than one hour. I was very happy with the service received.

I wonder why polish people they ran a way from Poland .....
I was in embassy to get a visa my partner is polish my 2 kids holding a polish passports plus I had been invited my partner was with me they say I have to have the letter from your work I call to my work straight away after 10 minutes they send me by email I showed them then they said you don't have enough money in your bank account front of everyone I was feeling embarrassing my partner told them he doesn't go to hotel he will be in my mum's house they said it's unacceptable. ..
They really upsets me the lady she was so rude to me ...
Just one question who wants to go to poland for work from England? ????
polish people need to do something about this place it's embarrassing place ..

As described in previous reviews the place has got and absolutely terrible appointment booking time and pretty much never pick up the phone... To get an answer through an email is almost impossible too... From my experience with 2 embassies of Poland I assume the issue is common for Polish diplomatic and consular services.

Due to similar service delays or lack of thereof I guess it's heavily dependent on underfunding of those and it seams to got much worse since the last government (PiS) took over.

To be frank I was very pleasantly surprised (given some of the negative reviews) I needed new passport urgently and have used the 1 day service. All the process was smooth and hassle-free starting with booking my appointment, filling the forms and then collecting my passport the very next day (waited about 25 minutes) So, overall well done, great service

Extremely poor service, or should I say no service! Called this pathetic embassy numerous times and no one picks up, website is inaccurate. My mother wanted to see her grand child for Xmas as it's been almost 6 months. Due to this shameful service that won't happen now! Do yourself a favour either close your doors and shut down your website or employ some bloody staff and get to work. Just look at all the 1 star reviews! WAKE UP

Horrible experience. Confusing booking system, rude security officer and completely ineffective operation system. I was served 2.5 hr later then scheduled appointment. Luckily I am a local so it was just a waste of time, I feel really sorry thinking about people who have to travel to London for the appointment. Unfortunately could not avoid them if you can stay away or go somewhere else. I was renewing my daughter's passport and went to POSK office which is much more organised, but this location is available only if you apply for a child passport.

I applied for my passport today. No problems at all taken you follow instractions from their web (i.e. be early, have all documents and photos ready, take your number and fill the form properly). I have been seen 20 mins after my scheduled appointment but again, according to the website, it is something to expect. Whole process took less then 10 minutes. Go with a smile and they will smile back :)

for past month, I am trying to speak to someone to check what documents I need to re-new my expired passport. Everyday I keep calling, every day I send emails -no luck . Terrible service. Absolutely no respect for its people.
It is quite embarrassing. I would not give any points except I must otherwise it will not be accepted. Even Zero is to much..
