I sent my passport on the 17th of october to renew it and im still waiting for it to be done , i rang them 12 times today between 3 and 5pm but nobody answered the phone 😡😡 its a complete disgrace.

Unprofessional. They shouldn't have an embassy in London. The visa service room is old without air conditioning system. I applied for a visa to Tunisia, but couldn't see the process of the Visa online. No helpful information on their website. I had been calling the embassy after the deadline of Visa process. No information was given to me. No excuse. They told me that decision is made in Tunis I have to wait. I Applied for the Moroccan visa, obtained it in less than 1 week.

Apply visa for my wife very help full staff little concern about information on website but overall people help in visa process is very nice specially person name Mr fahree if I am write his name right he is very nice and help full thanks to tunisian embassy

5 stars for Adnan the guy who runs the embassy in London. 0 stars for the things you have to do to get something stamped or signed only to find out that it needed doing a different way.

Recently, I have twice written to the Embassy complaining about the treatment received by Customs on three occasions at Carthage Airport. Not even the courtesy of a response. Is this an encouragement to tourists to return to a lovely country with mostly very friendly, hospitable and welcoming people?

The reception i had encountered at Tunisian Embassy was a pleasant one as their hospitality was more palatable comparing to other Embassies i had visited before. The difficulties the country is currently facing and the level of services that staff at the Embassy are undertaking are incompatible. I have applied a visa and still waiting their response for months now but that does not coerce me to scrutinize the poor staff working at the Embassy who put their reputation in line for the betterment of their country. The criticism should be a constructive one not a destructive one.
