We had the best time at the Panto this afternoon! (Xmas eve eve) So much fun, the lights, music, singing and gags were perfect! Thank you to the cast for spending time after the performance taking pictures it was the cherry on the top. I havenât been to a panto in years and the smell of the smoke I think? Brought back so many memories of going as a kid, lovely to take my girls to their first panto and they loved it! The disco ball was a massive hit may have to get one at home ďż˝
Merry Christmas to everyone at the theatre
The Embassy is brillant for the shows that they put on , the place is cleaned to a very high standard
So pleased for the Embassy Theatre. I am a local and have seen the theatre improve immensely over the years. We are a seasonal town and many businesses rely a lot on visitors to stay in profit. I have seen the support from the locals go from strength to strength. May it long continue. Shows are fantastic. Not to be missed.
Nice good venue, seats bit hard really enjoyed seeing the Drifters
My husband took our autistic son to the relaxed performance of Aladdin this afternoon and was amazed at the thought and care given to special needs. Big thank you for making our son smile from ear to ear at his first pantomime this afternoon, without being overwhelmed ďż˝ And to all the cast and crew, sincere thanks for being amazing with our son ďż˝ fantastic
I've been so many times over the years I've lost count of how many times I've actually been in all the years, long before the make over (I don't mean Magna Vitae either). Seen David Essex the most here. Can't fault the venue. Keep having acts I like & I will come back. On my last visit I saw Brian Conley.
I went to watch my son perform yesterday as part of the production for 'The Sound of the Musicals' which was put together by The Embassy Theatre Academy. It was a great performance by everyone involved, my son loves going to the group and really has come on leap and bounds since joining the academy. If your child has an interest in Theatre & Music I would highly recommend giving this group a try.....ďż˝
I started coming to see shows here in May 2017, and see at least one show every month. The shows I've been to have always been superb. The staff are always very friendly and professional. The theatre itself is kept very clean, and is a lovely, cosy and warm place to see the shows. The only downside is that the seats from rows A-J are uncomfortable, with small seats, (so if, like me, you're a large person, you tend to be squashed together, and there is very little leg room. I was at a show last weekend, (row A) and was sat next to several larger ladies, and we could hardly move, as once we were all seated, we "overlapped" each others' seats. The seats from row K upwards are much better, plenty of room, and comfortable. My one suggestion would be, to invest in some better seating, with larger pads, for larger peoples' comfort.
I helped with my daughters school, Beacon Primary Academy, when they went to see the Panto on Tuesday, 19th. The kids loved it, with loads of laughter, cheers and shouts of âbehind youâ for the talented cast and plenty of boos for the fantastic Stacey Gough, you know youâve got a good villain when heâs berated in his first scene. Loved the Genie who brought a whole new level of camp to Viva Skegvegas. Fantastic entertainment for all.
Had a fantastic evening at let's twist again. Up from Wales staying with friends nr Boston. Everyone so professional ,& great that the artists meeting people afterwards. Staff at the theatre really friendly too. Great treat from my friends. Enjoyed so much, hopefully to going to see show again, when it comes to Llandudno in July!! Got friends interested from my home town. xx

A great well kept building, bigger than you think too.the front seats were uncomfortable and no leg room,I was in agony after an hour.I wasn't the only one to complain about seats. If the show had gone on any longer I'd of had to get up and miss the show. The show was fantastic and the staff helpful. 4stars.would of been 5.
Went to see Jools Holland last night 30th June 20018 Fantastic show from Jools, his music and chat, the band out of this world with great solo from all but the drum sols best of the night and 3 guest vocalist Ruby outstanding. The whole evening was made a nightmare with people coming in after the show had started so those who where seated in good time had to get up to let them get to their seats, the late comers all had drinks in their hands so had spent too long in the bar then after 20 minuets same people got up again for more drinks then a little while later to go to the loo. Embassy staff should inform people in the bar in time for them to get seated before the show starts or lock them out till the next interval and if they didn't drink so much they wouldn't need the loo so much. Then half way through the show people decided to stand up and jig about so wasn't able to see the stage or performers just dark shadows of the backs of people jigging about. I paid to see Jools Holland and the band not the backsides of inconsiderate drunk twats I can go to any bar and see that with out paying.
