My name is Gemma and I’m a mum of two children, a housewife and a KG Hypnobirthing practitioner.
When I fell pregnant with the first of my two beautiful children, along with the congratulations and best wishes were many birth stories of fear, pain and helplessness. I thought there must be another way. I wanted there to be another way. Thankfully there was!
Despite all the negativity and people around me not believing in Hypnobirthing, I embraced it.
I absolutely adored giving birth to both of my children. I relaxed my mind and let my body do what it is naturally designed to do.
The power of the mind is incredible. Using Hypnobirthing techniques, both of my children’s births were magical, I want to show you how you can do this for yourself and take all the fear away from what is the most incredible experience of you and your partners life.
The passion of this empowering experience stayed within me and I knew I had to teach this to other expectant mums, so I trained with KG Hypnobirthing to become a practitioner. KG Hypnobirthing practitioner training is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives.
