I live in France and struggled finding spare cat flaps as our daft dogs (Weimaraner and German Pointer!) keep trying to get through the tiny cat flap! Pet centre online (Emersons Pet Centre) were the only place I could find the spare cat flaps at a very reasonable price. I ordered on line for them to be delivered to a UK address but then spoke with Lorraine who was very helpful and offered to post them direct to us in France, just at the cost of the normal post office fee. Excellent! I've never had service this good from an online site since living abroad. Thank you!

I bought a puppy from the emmersons pet shop in Sunderland, and i have nothing but praises for the staff and especially the time Lorraine takes out to see if my puppy is ok, weighing him and telling me when to up his dry food etc etc, i appreciate it all, thank you for bringing my puppy into mine and my 1 year old boys life, he is a real loving family pet and so placid and tame, thank you from the bottom of my heart xx xx x xxxx

I always come to this great pet shop when it’s time to get a new kitten. The people are friendly and really helpful. I trust Emerson’s because all the cats I have got have always been healthy and full of life.

Got both my Syrian hamsters from here and they're both lovely natured. Also get the Emerson own dog food and my dogs both love it more than any more expensive brands

Came with my mam today to the Felling store for a fish bulb and ended up a lot more lovely atmosphere & amazing staff! Could not possibly do enough to help, given sooo much useful information about our pets. P.s Missy is the cutest cat ever!!! Bloody gorgeous ❤️❤️❤️

Came in today got some fantastic advise and a decent demonstration on how re set up my tank Lorraine took her time and explained everything to me I found her very helpful and friendly I would highly recommend calling in here for any advice on setting up a new fish tank. Can't wait to go back next week and buy some fish �

A little Gem of a shop thats façade hides the comprehensive array of goods for pets.and nothing is too much trouble for them. I Received some great help and independent advice too for my rescue dog Jack Russells allergy problem and behaviour problem. . Quite astonished at the speed of the change in my dogs health and behaviour within a week. They really care and would highly recommend them as they are clearly experts in the service they provide..
