Emess Car Service

After waiting more than half an hour in the cold for our car and calling they finally lie to me and say that it cannot be that I ordered a car as it's not worth it for them. Emes or sheker?

Their telephone manor is very bad. Ordered a car through the app called to see where the driver was 15 minutes later. Was told they don't even have a car. No courtesy call, no apology just kept me waiting for no reason.

On the whole they are punctual, the drivers are well trained in etiquette. But the prices for some things are just crazy.

Always get a pleasant respectable ride with a clean comfortable car who is helpful from loading baggage in and out of the car, particularly request driver 163.

25 minutes late, we've given up and ate getting an uber to the airport instead. A compete joke.

Requested one of their cars using the Karhoo app thinking it would be 6mins for a car. Fortunately rang after approximately 6mins wait to find out it would be over an hour for a car. Absolute waste of time!
