I'm seeing fantastic progress with Carlee's training. Carlee has few goals however her main two would be to show an increase in lean muscle mass πͺπΌ whilst increasing her strength. - - Following specific nutritional protocols and a variety of training types we've also seen; an increased metabolic rate β
an improved gut health β
a reduction in inflammation β
an increase in confidence β

Many of my clients come to me with few goals. How often do you hear someone say that their goal is to "lose weight tone up"?... A lot right! And that's great! Don't we all want to shed a few pounds, or strip some fat whilst toning up our bodies.
Focusing on our main goals, we often forget the benefits that come along side our fantastic progress photos.

improved overall health and wellbeing.
... the list goes on. One of my own and my clients favourites would be an improvement to their posture. With all of my clients we often complete postural corrections sessions. This helps to strengthen their core, activate muscles (whether they are commonly used or weak and under active), reduce back pain, and correct their form when lifting (therefore creating a safer and more efficient lift).
Posture is so important. In the U.K. 2.5 million people have back pain every day of the year. This results in a total cost of Β£12.3 billion (22% of U.K. healthcare expenditure). I'm not saying this is totally caused by poor posture... however, following methods to correct posture when training will help YOU to reduce your risk of back pain.

"I have had a fantastic 3 weeks with Emily. I was feeling pretty rubbish with myself and Emily has been an absolute star introducing me to steak and dark chocolate for breakfast!! Lots of protein based meals and honestly I feel great not only with the results but how my Mindset has changed!!! I've loved every session and feel like i have really achieved something. "Having tried to go to the gym a number of times on my own, wandering from each machine not really knowing how to use it I assumed the gym just wasn't for me. I moved out and realised eating takeaways so often id put on a stone in weight and felt awful in a bikini.
