Not only is Emma inspirational she is a great leader & friend, so glad I plucked up the courage to join Emma a year ago now � & thanks to all the groups support I have reached my target � so after a festive gain, I'm confident that I will be back there in no time �

After joining slimming world in the past and losing weight but never staying to image therapy and thinking I knew it all and could do it alone ( and putting all the weight plus more back on) I rejoined with Emma and have lost close to 4 stone and only a few lbs away from my goal weight.
