30th birthday fishing cake!

A Toy Story and Ice Age 3 birthday cake for a very special boy's 2nd birthday tomorrow 😍😍

I made marshmallow crispy treats with one of my tiddlies this morning, it takes 10 minutes. So if you're wanting something to with the kidlets when it's not so sunny why not give these yummy treats a go?!
Recipe: makes 12-15 squares approx.
110g salted butter (not butter alternative)... 285g mini marshmallows 150g rice krispies or shops own brand
Melt butter in a large saucepan over Medium heat.
Add marshmallows stirring continuously until completely melted.
Put krispies in a large mixing bowl then pour the mix over
Stir gently and continuously until they are all covered (I added more krispies at this point but you can guage the stickiness yourself)
Spread into a large rectangular dish or oven tray (lined) and leave to cool and set.
Cut into squares and Enjoy!

A surprise 40th birthday Candy Crush cake that went out yesterday!

A 3 tier lemon semi naked cake with rich lemon curd and lemon buttercream dressed with fresh fruit, freesias and roses for a wedding today 😍

What a day! Exhausted is an understatement! 2 cakes out the door today one of which was a wedding cake which I dressed at the venue. Pictures will follow. Please pass the wine 😁

The baptism cake was just right for a 16 year old boy. Thank you for listening to our ideas and then transforming them into very special cakes.

Had an amazing Harry Potter cake made for my sons birthday. He was thrilled to bits with it, never took any home as the parents finished it all, as not only did it look amazing, it tasted lush too!!! Will be back next year for sure!!!
