Total transformation from long dark brown to more subtle tones of light golden brown with highlights and shoulder-length hair. All done in a lovely relaxed friendly atmosphere with Emma constantly checking every detail to make sure that I was happy all the way through. I would totally recommend Emma for any treatment.
