Jump2Fitness was founded by ex GB long jumper Ashley Wren and his partner Susie Glentworth.
We aim to make a happier and healthier you, using the latest training techniques backed up with scientific evidence to help you achieve your goals the most effective way. As well as personal training we offer private 1: 1 swimming lessons from our private pool in Redbourne, and on site we also have a treatment room in which we offer sports massage

It is with great sadness, but ultimately for the right reasons we have decided to close. We will be resuming lessons as soon as it is safe to do so (hopefully not too long) all your places will remain the same – if you have already paid for this term your payments will be transferred to when we re-open. Our main priority if everybody’s health. I’d just like to thank you all for your lovely messages and continued support. Dear Customers Please be assured that we would never put the health of your child, you, your family or our staff at risk, and as a responsible swim school business we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak and operating in line with the UK Government’s official advice. We have also sought advice from our national swimming governing body, the Swimming Teachers’ Association (STA) who are also monitoring the UK Government’s response with regards to school closures and sm...all gatherings in relation to swimming lessons: There is no current advice that says people should avoid swimming lessons. In fact, Public Health opinion is that it is generally safe to go swimming at this time – the water and the chlorine within swimming pools will help to kill the virus. Therefore, we would like to reassure parents / carers, that swimming lessons will continue to take place where until this advice changes. However, we would strongly urge everyone to familiarise themselves with the Government’s advice regarding hygiene, recognising COVID-19 symptoms and self-isolation for those at risk. Also please if possible can only one adult bring their child to the lesson to avoid a crowd of people. We will keep you all updated over the next few days. Thank you Susie x
