Following the Budget 9th July 2015, we are pleased to share that the government will introduce the Innovative Finance ISA, for loans arranged via a P2P platform, from April 2016.
The introduction of the third ISA will revolutionise savings and borrowing in the UK.
eMoneyUnion are in the unique position, in that we provide Peer to Peer loans to consumers from all walks of life.
P2P Secured Loans to home owners with equity.
P2P Unsecured Loans to home owners with great and not so great credit scores.
P2P Guarantor Loans to those with poor credit scores, but have a family member or friend who is willing to act as a personal guarantor.
Yields paid to individual savers /lenders are between 4. 5% and 15% .
