Yesterday we went for a family treat myself ny partner and 3 children came to watch the star. This was my youngest's first ever time going to the cinema (aged 2) and we cannot fault the service that we received. The price of the tickets were good and the lad that served us was really helpful is finding us the best deal for our snacks and drinks. The smallest downside was the seat needed to be padded to stop it swallowing my baby but it was easily sorted. Definitely will be returning for more family treats

Went to watch Dunkirk today in the impact screen with a couple of residents from a local nursing home and just want to say Thank You for the service you gave us, the Staff were very helpful to me and the residents, we enjoyed the film very much and it brought back a lot of memories to the residents from the war. They said it was very realistic and they thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. �

We had my son's birthday here today. The service from my first enquiry until leaving the cinema was faultless! Excellent all round. Other parents commented how it was the best & cleanest cinema they had been to. Would definitely recommend and we'll definitely be back. Well done to all the staff all very helpful & organised!

Watched the last two lions test there and it was fantastic and great to see it so full for the last test. Even a few kiwis in to help the atmosphere. Great idea by the cinema. What's the chances of game of thrones being on the big screen

Saw It in the Impact screen today, and it was an excellent experience. The staff were great, very helpful, and we had a good chat. The prices on saver Tuesday were fantastic, under a tenner for the two of us. Will definitely be back.

Quiet day with loads of choice for seating - very comfortable. No queues - young female staff member - very friendly and pleasant. And had a great attitude, engagement with my 6 year old daughter. We have visited before and will do so again. Thank you for the great service - keep it up! 😊

Other than the price of the food this was great. £4.99 for the film, comfy seats and a good view wherever you sat.

Lovely cinema clean comfy screens and good choice of films

I love going to this cinema - not just because there are always the latest films On show and that the cinemas are all a great size and comfortable but also because the staff are outstanding. Great first time with my boy. Screen and seating spot on but buying a ticket is confusing just need to be made aware as you enter I feel. As constructive criticism apart from that a great experience and the fact you can take draft beer in just topped it off for me 😁👍🍺

Friendly and helpful staff, low price admission, free and easy car parking, and a good selection of eateries close by all make the Empire at Catterick Garrison our first choice cinema.

The weekends £1 showing of Frozen was brilliant! With our 5yr old being Autistic, we normally only go on the special times for her, but, we thought we’d give it a go yesterday. I’m glad we did, all the children were singing along, which was lovely to hear, and I didn’t have to constantly worry about her being noisy and restless. Seeing so many kids dressed up as Elsa was fab! ����

I went last night to watch wonder woman in 3D unfortunately there was technical difficulties in another screen resulting in our movie bring moved to a none 3D screen...we were given a discount so that was all good.....however can I just say I was very surprised to see the amount of dust in the ladies toilets x it's usually spotless.....

Sound channels and eq needs work in the impact screen where I just saw the new Star Wars film.

Screen is brighter towards the centre area but only noticeable in certain scenes. I put this down to the relatively short projection throw distance for the big size of the screen. Curving the screen to match the projector lense would cure this.
