Underrated cinema, comfy and good popcorn. What more could you need when your watching a film?

Good cinema with lots of offers and snack on offer. The staff are helpful and friendly, well maintained and good comfy seats.

We love the Bishop's Stortford Empire it's the best cinema. Not busy, friendly staff, great food.

I bought nacho cheese with jalapeno and salsa to watch IT. After 2 hours I starting vomitting and diarhea with nausea. Please make sure that you store your food properly.

I love this cinema. clean, nice, and really friendly. I like to book my tickets online as the seats are slightly better.

A good little cinema that I enjoy going too and love the bigger seats.
It's not a five because sometimes it seems that there are not enough staff and not enough ticket machines.
I like to prebook and so don't really expect to stand in the queue for a ticket machine when I get there. Also queue for sweets etc can bring long and slow moving. I am sure more could be done to make this part of the experience better and then it would be 5 star.

Friendly staff and good surround sound. Premium seats are a little too reclined.

Love coming here on a Tuesday, seats are far more comfortable than elsewhere. And staff are really friendly.

A good cinema, but as seems to be usual these days, it seems hard to get a reasonably priced drink without taking a deal you don't want.
