Another establishment no doubt riddled with masonic favours, when it comes to discrimination and met police, you have had it, it does not matter what evidence you can show including cctv / audio capture, it will be ruled out despite it being hand delivered and signed for at Scotland Yard, the fantastical lies that officers including one that had been arrested just after he gave his 'evidence' by kent police at his home address for 'boy sex claims' was hidden by the Metropolitan police lawyers no doubt at the behest of senior 'officers' who later claimed they 'did not know' of his arrest after refusing to comment, denying they had received my emails, trying to report criminality and even went on to claim that a civilian typist was responsible for arbitrarily editing record of taped interview, that was supposed to have been a 'full record' which they slipped into the trial bundles when i was unrepresented and when i dared questioned the validity of this 'ROTI' i was torn into, during the case which went part heard it was then that it emerged that the MPS could now find a copy of my interview tape (which was not the original sealed copy I was legally entitled to but a copy of a copy speeded up and slowed down, making it hard to track the changes, not once but twice) that it was discovered that there was 14 pages of relevant content that had been selectively edited no doubt by the mps lawyer and in collusion with the DPS (cops cops) 'officer' who could not name the one sole long term civilian typist that he blamed for making those changes to try and screw me, when i asked for the original tapes, the cctv that i could not use showed white officers in Brixton custody compiling a list of manufactured failings to have me dismissed as well as laughing about shooting dead black people and making monkey noises behind my back, being forced into a 4am meeting to account for this list of bullshit when a few hours earlier the racist little scum that was my reporting sgt could be seen and heard 'I've got absolutely no evidence he has done anything wrong' while they then make things up to add! as i am being led into a 4am meeting they are pissing themselves with laughter and mimicking me once I have gone into this so called 'meeting' Cowards! My then Inspector the pederast who I later exposed recommeds my dismissal in an email to another liar. The accounts of this gaggle of racist cowards contradicting their earlier sworn testimonies, supplementary statements being allowed as I was giving evidenced that could be proved were backdated, yet produced the same day I gave evidence! The 'judgement' that followed ruled that 'i was out of time' yet my attempts to report what was now in the realms of criminality by other 'cops' included perjury, evidence tampering, misconduct in a public office ect, the Metropolitan police and its bloated legal team were given every leeway, failure to disclose, 240 pages of my personal file emerging on the second to last day, not a single concern by the judge, further closing submissions given back to the MPS! this 'ruling' left me to be further targeted by the senior ranks of the MPS, finally after almost 3 years of persistance leading to secret mediation at ACAS with the very heads of the mps who on the eve of thier definative answers to the criminality that took place at my tribunal were supposed to be investigated by a constabulary of my choice, at 7am after a late shift at home and my home turned inside out for 6 hours, I was arrested on the first of 5 fabricated offences to silence me as those cowards had no answers other than a full admittance of criminality, on my first arrest the cctv footage that i had which was supposed to be investigated was spirited out of my house, the further criminality of the MPS and its DPS even went as far as tampering with evidence at the Old Bailey. My fight continues.
