... Weight loss IS NOT a focus of this bootcamp but it will be a by product of it.
All circuits will be carefully planned to enhance muscle tone in primary locations of the body.

Apologies! There will be no bootcamp tomorrow evening at 7pm, as I forgot I volunteered to give blood a few months ago, and the times clash.
Sorry if its caused any inconvenience.
... However on the plus side, you'll see I have named and designed a new logo for the bootcamp.
Run with health - is all in the name, I aim to keep you running pain free, faster and for longer. We shall stretch and activate all necessary muscle groups to promote the longevity of your movement.

Evening guys!!
Just a quick 1 to let you all know I'll be back out doors for the next couple of weeks before my holiday, delivering a full body strength and conditioning session, designed to improve strength and burn fat!
Sessions focuses are: ... Improve flexibility Improve upper body strength Develop bulletproof core strength Activate glutes and stabilise ankles and knees, which is great for those of you runners keen on improving your times or just getting more distance!
I will be looking at continuing the sessions once I'm back mid June, this will just be a taster of what's to come.

Perfect practice, makes practice perfect!
As you may be aware, I've been remapping my nervous system to deliver a better handstand... Here's where I'm up to with it.
Face to wall, I'm beginning to float in the handstand position. However kicking up into the handstand I lose my form, next step will be for me to work the straight arm press into handstand to develop a more controlled ascent.
