Empty Hands Defence

A small friendly company based in Wantage, Oxfordshire that delivers all types of First Aid. Our training is delivered in a fun and interactive way by fully qualified and experienced trainers.

Empty Hands Defence Training has been devised to teach people from young adults upwards, and more importantly, of any ability, the skills necessary to firstly identify a possible threat and therefore negate the need to use force and secondly if needed, how to deal with the threat in the most effective, instinctive manner.

Empty Hands Defence is not in any way 'Martial Arts' training, there are no uniforms, grades or coloured belts, you will not be required to undertake any fitness training as the principles are purely instinctive and suitable for all.

Training will also be given on personal and family safety awareness whilst out and about and the training can be tailored to meet the needs and abilities of the individuals.
