Hi guys there was a complaint put on spotted westbury about me which im sure u will all know is false. I would like to clear a few things up. 1st of all i was by myself with other customers in the shop as witnesses and i have cctv. I asked who was getting what i was told 3 haircuts no problem which was 2 boys and her partner their daughter was with them too. I cut both the kids hair and i have on cctv they where happy with both the hair cuts. Then it was the dads turn he ask...ed for a head and beard shave. I said as i was by myself and busy i could do one or the other as i was told hair cut. He was happy with that. His wife started shouting at me about being there so long and i couldve said at the start which i didnt know. They paid i said thank u and gave their change. All on cctv. They left a mess with sweet wrappers all over the floor coffe cups left behind i said nothing to them about it. When leaving the wife slammed my door so hard my windows shook and had both customers in my shop jump. So i went out asked why they did that. 1st he said sorry in a sarcastic way and she was giving off still i said to both of them not to talk like that as i wont take it then The man unzipped his coat walking towards me asking when i finished work. Calling me a prick. Which then started to upset the kids making them panic when he got close to me. One of my customers where holding him back and i said i have everything on cctv then he calmed down he was calling me brother talking civilized. I said to him what would he do if someone did that to him He said it wasnt him he blamed his mrs. She was about 30 metres away. My customers where witnesses and heard everything both saying i did nothing wrong. I pride myself on my business and customer service and everything i have goes into my shop. I have loyal customers who know this is not what happens in my shop and i treat all my customers no matter what the age or diverse or abilities with respect. I cater to everyone without discrimination. Again its all on cctv.

Very good barber, takes his time doing the job and does it well. A lot of walk ins try get it done as quick as they can. Very pleased with it.

Today was the first time I had visited Emre's shop, I found him a very pleasant man and he did gave me a first class haircut, I would certainly recommend him to anyone and will certainly be going to his shop for haircuts in future.

This talented man, is by far, the best barber, I have ever met. His attention to detail, is second to none! I live 20 miles away, but would never take my son anywhere else for his hair cut! My son spent well over an hour, admiring himself in a mirror, after his cut , thanks Emre X

These guys are amazing at Barbering, and the attention to detail is fabulous! My husband and my two boys have their hair cut here and each cut has been lovely. Emres other working half can send my 3 year old to sleep in the chair..which takes some doing. Keep up the good work!

The best. Never had the full works hot towel or a Turkish shave and hair cut. I have been trying to find some where to do a job like I had for approximately 10 years and I have found my barber see you very soon just to add a very good price mat under what he should be charging as I had a very long beard as no one could do what I wanted.

The barbers shop caught my eye, Emre served me straight away, did a fantastic job cutting my hair, and was a nice friendly bloke.

Top marks.

Now I am retired I have taken the luxury of a going for a hair cut and moustache cut and hot towel shave at this amazing Turkish barber , Emre in Westbury.

An amazing experience and my face and head felt so rejuvenated

I cannot recommend Emre in Westbury too highly - skilled and a perfectionist!

Told some friends at dinner last night that it was well worth the 30 minute car journey to Westbury and Emre's!

Just home from a haircut, first time at Emre's, and what a great cut!



I had to tip the man a fiver, because at nine pounds a cut (ONLY NINE POUNDS!!!) I felt like I was robbing the guy!



Trowbridge has New Town, Westbury has Emre's - that's all you need to know as far as getting your haircut - different experiences at both, and neither has an equal, they're the best at what they do.



Might go for the full works next time with a hot towel shave.

First time visit today and was fantastic, I'll definitely be coming back here, gave me exactly what I asked for and was very helpful and friendly, excellent value for money and great service
