A G&T fulled Chimney Pot Challenge this morning.. 10 miles done.. great team work.. lovely to see sooo many Emsworth Joggers out and familiar faces...ūüíõ

From Maria Lush Well Tarmac Trotters, we smashed it tonight, 8.03 miles and the time was only 5 minutes longer than last week. We were all on fire. Well on track for the Great South, thank you all for your support. Now I have to try and plan a longer route without telling you how far it is xx there's a challenge xx

Cracking evening with the Mad Mudders... an undulating route at times but we all nailed it.. lovely to have Claire along for the first time and a big welcome back to Beena and Kevin who we've not seen in a wee while.. thanks for the support guys..
