Enemite Ltd

I ordered a tyre before 1 o clock on Friday. According to their website, orders placed before 1 o clock are dispatched the same day. I have now been provided with a tracking number which shows the tyre wasn't dispatched until the following Tuesday! To top it off Ive been trying to call them about 10 times a day (to confirm the order had been dispatched) and have not been able to get through once, just been on hold loads and never actually get through to anyone. There are plenty of other decent bike shops out there who do a much better job than these part-timers!
