Energy Counselling is peaceful, stable place where you are fully supported to make the changes you want to make in your life. This change could be a physical, like addressing chronic pain; it maybe emotional like depression; it maybe mental pain, like anxiety; it maybe spiritual pain, like a sense of purposelessness and alienation. We work together in a way that addresses all of these levels of awareness and I am confident that I can assist you to have the skills and peace of mind to live in the way you want to live.

I offer counselling that addresses the underlying system that perpetuates physical and psychological pain, the electrical system of the body. By accessing your body /mind through tapping into your acupressure system, unresolved symptoms of cancer treatment or trauma, including anxiety and depression, can be addressed. The techniques I use are proven to work.
