Engineering And Machinery Alliance

The Engineering and Machinery Alliance, EAMA, is an alliance of independent #tradeassociations in #engineering and #manufacturing. It works to achieve shared objectives and its activities include: • talking pro-actively with government and others to achieve good policy-making and implementation, with a particular focus on SMEs• promoting the engineering and manufacturing sector in the UK• promoting the value of its member trade associations• working with Orgalime, the European trade body based in Brussels, of which EAMA is a member• promoting, and in some cases selling, Orgalime's contract conditions etc for international trade, which offer high quality and value for money. EAMA currently has 13 members: the Agricultural Engineers Association; British Automation & Robot Association; British Compressed Air Society; British Fluid Power Association; British Plastics Federation; British Turned Parts Manufacturers Association; Gambica; Gauge and Tool Makers Association; Manufacturing Technologies Association; Picon; Processing and Packaging Machinery Association; Solids Handling & Processing Association; and UK Industrial Vision Association.
