Yesterday was the second time I have visited Polly at Enhance Cosmentic Clinic for a derma roller micro- needling facial and you can really tell these treatments work. I felt a little uneasy going in the first time, but Polly put me at ease and my skin feels amazing the day after. Polly's post treatment instructions were spot on of course and my face was comfortable through the day, night and the next day my skin feels lovely and soft. I will definitely be going back and I don't normally give 5 stars, but Polly's professional, organised approach and caring nature deserves it! Everything from booking, being reminded by text and the treatment was effortless and thought out and well just wonderful! Thanks Polly! P.s. Her office space and treatment room also clean, tidy, professional and lovely to be in for a relaxing treatment - I would recommend Polly without hesitation!

Today I visited Enhance to get my eyebrows done and am so pleased with the result. Polly and Lily were both fantastic and it was clear to see they are very passionate about the work they do. Still cannot believe what an amazing job Polly did on my eyebrows! After years of drawing them on every day and the stress of trying to getting them even I can not wait to wake up every morning with perfect brows! She is an absolute genius, knowing the perfect shape for my face and the right colour I highly recommend her to anyone thinking about having them done. Her friendly and professional manner and her attention to detail make you comfortable and confident that she will do an amazing job!

So.... i had my brows done by another technician last year and wasnt happy with them. I approached Polly to see if she could rectify my brows. From the moment i walked in Polly was warm and friendly. She was honest with what she could do to help achieve the look i wanted. She created a new shape much more suited to my face, and advised a fabulous colour shade. She talked through everything she was going to do. Once id agreed to shape/colour she started the procedure. During the procedure she constantly checked everything was ok, if i needed more anaesthetic etc.

It is now 6 weeks later and my brows are fabulous. I had the top up done this morning and i love everything about them.



Between the initial appointment and top up, i was so impressed with Polly's service i booked in to have lip filler too.



I opted for 0.5ml to achieve a natural look. I was slightly nervous for this, however Polly reassured me and never tried to up-sell me into have the larger 1ml syringe.



I was extremely happy with the overall look after. However once the filler had settled i noticed one side had dispersed slightly more than the other so looked less full. More obvious to me than anybody else but was something that bothered me.



One message to Polly and she booked me in within days with no hesitation. She topped up the less full side and evened them out perfectly.



Pollys work and attitude is outstanding. She is professional and friendly, and provides an exceptional service from start to finish.



I can not recommend her enough.



I would also like to mention Pollys receptionist/PA, Lilly who again was friendly and helpful from the beginning.

As a 40 something year old (yikes!), pigmentation on my face is now more visible, so Polly suggested having a facial peel and a few peels later, the unwanted blemishes are diminishing very nicely. The facial also leaves my skin feeling very refreshed and more youthful. I've now had a 0.5ml Intraline lip treatment after years of feeling very self conscious about having thinner lips (top lip especially). When Polly launched the Intraline treatment in March, I didn’t have to think very long before trusting Polly to achieve the look I wanted, which was to very slightly enhance my lips' natural shape.
