We had a fab time in the Colditz room. There were 6 of us and it was our first experience of an escape room bar one of us. The clues were really well laid out and had obviously been thought through very carefully. The time really did fly by and we managed to escape with only a minute to go. We are already planning our next trip!

We did one of these rooms as part of a friend's 30th. Such a unique and fun experience! Really satisfying when you get something right; whether you land on the answer straightaway or take ages to figure it out. There were four of us who did it, and although I've known the other three for years, we've never been in a situation like that together, so it opened up a whole different level of friendship! Absolutely loved it. Will be back with my son who'll think it's brilliant. It did start getting quite warm, (probably due to our excitement/frustration!!) so don't over dress.

This was my first escape room experience, it was amazing, we went as a group of five and everyone enjoyed it, we didn't manage to escape this time, but were not too far off! The staff were very friendly and talkative,we are already planning our next visit, perfect for anyone that likes puzzles and games that make them think!

Really good .. there were 4 of us.Didn’t know what to expect it was our first time we will definitely come back to try and make it out as we failed this time but we still had fun trying .. the rooms are great �

Played both Colditz and Outbreak now and really enjoyed them both (escaped both rooms too!) Great mix of challenges and puzzles in the rooms to really get you thinking and working together. Looking forward to future rooms from the team at Enigma in Retford.

Our first time playing, we really enjoyed it. We were playing the outbreak room. The staff were very friendly, helpful and informative without giving too much away. We didn't manage to escape but still had a good time and would go back and try another room.

Just came back from doing outbreak, first escape rooms I’ve been to, was so well thought out, really makes you use your brain, good story to it and everything is planned out so well, we plan to return and do another room and hopefully we escape next time! Very recommended

I've done 2 of the rooms here and they are great, it's worth every penny.



Definitely going back for the other rooms

Had a great time trying to escape the colditz rooms. Unfortunately didn't quite make it out but had loads of fun for our first time in an escape room. Can't wait to try the new room.

Had a brilliant time. Everything was explained perfectly to us. All the games was a lot of fun to figure out. And the tips were helpful without giving the game away. The hosts were helpful and willing to answer questions beginning and end. Will definitely be back to do the other room.

Great fun for all four of us, even though we were one lock short of winning. Can't wait to go again.

First time for me and I thoroughly enjoyed it, great fun and really well thought out. We nearly escaped from Colditz, just needed a couple more minutes.

Fantastic evening out. Highly recommend, great for families, friends ... and couples who like to test the boundaries of their relationships!!

Did the Legend of Catequil yesterday as a group of 5. The room was absolutely fantastic and would recommend for anyone. The puzzles were hard but we managed to get out with 2 minutes to spare. A great day!

Did outbreak and it has a much larger room space than some of the other rooms i've done before, some really clever puzzles I've not seen in other rooms either, our group of 4 didn't escape but we did have a lot of fun, will be back again for sure!

Despite our miserable attempt.... It was very enjoyable and will be back as alot of effort has gone into these rooms... Next time will try not to overthink.... Or think for that matter lol.... In the words of Arnie...."I'll be back!!!"

All of the rooms are extremely well put together, you can clearly see the organizers put a lot of effort into each and every room.



The use of tech and space in the rooms is fantastic. Some of the best and most innovative puzzles we have ever seen have been in these rooms.



The rooms also all feature a well thought out and coherent storyline that, and one of the rooms even featured multiple endings based on your performance.



Overall all three rooms come very highly recommended and we are looking forward to a fourth.

A great activity to do and if you don’t make it out no worries it’s totally worth it to go back for another great time and try again!
