Excellent self-defence course last Saturday hosted by our friend Sensei Tomasz Niściur! Learnt lots of great, practical stuff. Particularly interesting were the applications of kata for self-defence, such as Bassai Dai! Great club and lovely people. Thanks again, Sensei Tomasz! 🥋

A little late to the party, but just wanted to say: superb session on Monday organised by Haden Shotokan Karate Club's Sensei Steve O'Reilly and Sempai Mel O'Reilly, inviting Sensei Austin as guest instructor. Everyone got pink belts to raise cancer awareness and a donation of £142.00 was collected to support Wayne Ricketts' participation in the Birmingham Velo to support the QE Birmingham. What a great session and many thanks again for making it happen, Haden Shotokan Karate Club! 🥋
