Was delighted to be greet with a handshake and the person introducing themselves saying they would be taking care of things for me to get me sorted and on my way.

Friendly, helpful and definitely would rent again from this location.

Rented a van twice and both times was a breeze. Easy to book and they have you on the road in no time at all. Highly recommend.

Avoid as much as you can or if not be extra careful when dropping the vehicle back! Because you've already signed a contract they will try and find any excuse to charge you excess which is a scam! £500 for a tiny scratch! Either do not use or take someone who will not be manipulated to pay the money

Good knowledgeable and friendly staff, helped me out with a car club car when they were out of normal cars. Was a slight inconvenience but better than not getting a car at all.

Enterprise are using an ID address system to check if you are on the electoral role in order to hire a vehicle. We moved to our current property in January of this year and registered on the electoral role then. We have polling cards in our name for the upcoming election which we showed them. But because their system says that we are not on the electoral role and it has clearly not been updated the computer said no. There is no alternative or human check that they will do. Very poor service. And now we are unable to move house today. Thank you Enterprise.

The guys at the Hove branch are amazing. They are so helpful and deliver a stunning service.

I have used them a couple of times before and they have always been courteous and give the impression that nothing is too much trouble. They are my preferred choice if I am renting in their catchment area.

Enterprise rental is nice with friendly service, expertise and assistance with various rental options; my best friend's rented a car from here and it was nice
