One way rental, got a better vehicle than I was expecting. Price was fair and the service was good. Plenty of communication even though I did miss the phone calls. Staff very friendly and informative.

Very professional staff. I had a problem with my hire car, although the branch was due to shut, the manager helped me arrange the AA to come out, the fault could not be solved but they phoned around other branches and arranged for a replacement vehicle to be sent to my location. Customer service at it's highest standard.

Hired a van one way to Whitehaven as we were doing the C2C in a day bike ride the following morning.
Got a call from Barrow to ask how long we would be and during this call they told us to divert to our hotel, drop our bikes off and bring the van in and then they would take us back to our hotel some 15 mile away in one of their cars.
Superb service in my opinion.

The staff were amazing, unfortunately we had been caught up in the Manchester bombing and the staff were fantastic. They phoned to check we were OK. The picked the car up without us bringing it in. They really went out of their way. Well done and massive thank you

I have used Enterprise before and as always very friendly service, great to have the sat nav as well for travelling on new roads
