As previously said very helpful and friendly staff and was supplied with next size up as requested size not available. Overall very satisfied.

Delightful staff. Nothing is too difficult. I would always recommend Enterprise to anyone needing to hire a vehicle.

Everything Enterprise could do for me, they did! No complaints about the hiring process. I have had phone calls from them since - one to 'thank' me for hiring it - that one woke up my unwell husband who was sleeping - another to ask me the questions I have just answered in this questionaire - that when I was out visiting my sister on her birthday. Really no need for either call and a little irritating, thus spoiling an otherwise perfect transaction.

Ferndown is our local branch and we have used them several times and are just about to use them again, always good friendly and efficient

Picked up a car today while my wife has her one repaired, customer service was great. I have hired many cars over the years and this was one of the better experiences. Would recommend.

Enterprise looked up my details (I had used them 2 years ago), checked out my Driving license, took a CC deposit, and thats it!
