awfull i was lied to and they seemed to really enjoy wrongly taking £800 from my bank i will never use you again your tv advert is untrue do not use this place please take my advice i have used the station for two years and i was made to feel like criminal the newcastle chronical were a great helpianrobson once again stay away from this depot

Pick up and setting out were very straightforward and we located the office easily after arriving by train.

The drop off location is tricky due to get to due to the one way system - I would provide drivers with a small map or some guidance as to how to do it!

Wholly positive experience at this branch. Nothing was too much for them to try and help.

For us staying with my daughter we were 5 minutes walk to a local metro station and it went straight to the Newcastle train station. The original car was a Seat Ibiza but after1 hour wait it still wasn't ready so we were upgraded to the Vauxhall Astra when Adam returned from his lunch break. The staff were excellent.
On point I would like to make is we arrived at Newcastle airport after 12 midnight and the enterprise office was closed hence we used Newcastle train station but when we wanted to return the car to the airport we had to pay £75 hence we returned the car to the point of collection. As I am disabled it was very difficult for my husband to manage the cases alone and a friend had to assist us getting to the airport. Surely when the office is closed and we cannot collect the car we should either be told it would be better to get the car from the airport in the first place or this return should be free?

I booked an economy car not a mini, but got a mini. It didn't really matter though as the car was very good. Excellent customer service and very friendly staff.
