Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Made me feel like I was a nuisance to them. Went out of their way to make me feel unwanted as a customer.

I dropped the car off at this location,I rented from the dorchester branch. The staff were great in the Bokdon store and they even mentioned about the cars low performance. The Dorchester branch were really slow to process my car and i was held uo for 50 minutes.

Brilliant deal on vehicle hire. However, you can nearly double the price of your vehicle hire by taking their excess waiver insurance because they've frightened you with the ridiculous excess charge if you damage their vehicle!

Don't be fooled though, get your own excess waiver insurance online with BETTERSAFE INSURANCE. Enterprise quoted me £15 a day (I had a one week van hire) whereas BETTERSAFE charged £2 a day and covered everything Enterprise were offering in theirs.

Very polite and accomodating. Great service.

Service is not bad, sadly always seems to be an issue that does get resolved I might say but that you could do without
