Enterprise Rent-A-Car

vehicle booked had an accident do we were asked to come later for another one
this was ok but we were charged for an extra day as i suggested that we may bring it back at the 14.00 time that we were given the vehicle. The paper work started at 13.30 but we didn't take the vehicle until nearly 14.00. The boss noticed that we had been charged an extra day for the 1 minute difference in the paper work but this was when we returned the vehicle an hour early. I did feel that this should have been clarified at the time of collection as we nearly paid a day too much. all sorted now though

Worst car rental company ever. I booked a van, paid for it. Used option "save time at the counter" filled all my details everything they need. Next day when i came to pick up the van suddenly they cant establish my home adress (which is obviously provided on my drivers license). And i was refused without any further explination.

Had great experience with Enterprise, close to Leeds city centre. Staffs were good to me, will recommend to others.

Coming out from an unpleasant experience of not having a car for my trip(from another provider), i walked up to enterprise. The staff (Lucy) who was on phone with a customer, assured me that i will be served soon. Her colleague (Emma) on seeing a customer walked up to reception and started her enquiries. the two ladies together managed to get me a booking within the next five minutes, but apologised as it could only be picked up from their nearby store (which i was ok to do). On reaching there, it was even more a pleasant experience, was offered three cars, of which one was chosen. They were ok for me to return the vehicle closer to my place. Returned it on Sunday, the staff (keiran) was very respectful, knows what a customer wants, and on knowing i have taken taxi for pickup, an instant cash back through voucher was offered for my next trip, also signing me up for some schemes of benefits. Overall a very good customer service, very friendly staff, quick servicing time, good value and nice experience. I would strongly recommend it to anyone.

Have rented here at least once a month for over three years now and they've looked after me very well. Despite the high staff turnover the service is really customer focussed and has got much quicker. Has got a little expensive recently.

Have hired 3 cars at different time and the staff have been brilliant, cars have been clean and tidy.

Friendly, quick service. Car was is good condition. I got the car in 5 min, after return took 2 min to sorted all paperworks. Couldn't be more satisfield. Keep the good work up 👌

Damage to the car occurring through no fault of mine has cost me £1000.
