Staff rude unprofessional about their job hidden charges avoid if you want to be safe.

Very helpful staff who got my car sorted for a next day booking even though I called them after 16.00. I could not ask for more responsive staff.

I booked online and received an email the next day reminding me what I needed to bring with me, which was helpful. The staff were really friendly, particularly the manager.

Awful place, the woman on the phone said I would be able to pay with my debit card and there would be no extra costs other than what she told me (around £100) When I got there I was told it was going to cost me £300 by the same woman I spoke to on the phone, I went back home to get the extra money and go back to enterprise to then be told I can't pay with my debit card!! Never using enterprise again luckily a man told me about Hertz and Hertz are much better

I have used this branch of Enterprise a few times and the service is hit and miss, it depends on who is on the counter. It does not seem as professional as the branch in Birmingham Suffolk Road or London Lewisham and Old Kent Road from which I also hire cars. On one occasion I said that I have never been able to get someone to pick me up and one of the female staff shouted that I always book at the last minute. I found this rude as other customers were in the office and I have only seen this member of staff on two occasions having hired many times. I don't she knew me sufficiently to describe the way in which I hire cars.

Nice cars clean and friendly staff

Nice staff, very friendly and happy to assist you if possible. Cheap vehicles to rent and kept in good order.

Always perfect service and friendly helpful staff

If you are going to hire a car from this company make sure you take out policy protection on the vehicle and photos before you return it. Otherwise you might find the car you took back as it was found suddenly has a scratch miraculously appear that's your fault!
No doubt a ploy to get more money from people - will never use again and highly recommend you avoid!!
