The best customer service and hassle free hires. I needed a van with only a few hours notice 19/10/17, not only did Ollie sort it out he even picked me up to collect the van. I have always preferred Enterprise Rentals as the damage policy is extremely clear and most importantly fair. Overall my hire was hassle free, affordable and will use again with hesitation.

The staff were very friendly and kept me up to date even a call to confirm collection time

I turned up to collect the vehicle and although the vehicle I was due to have was not yet returned they still had a vehicle of similar size available for me to have straight away even if it was due to go in for some body work to be done

Seriously annoyed. I arranged with the Fareham office that when the vehicle was collected on Saturday that the bell was NOT to be rung as my wife works night shifts and that I would leave the key concealed outside.. The vehicle was collected the next day and lo and behold the driver rang the bl**dy bell to ask for the key. He said he was not told of the arrangement.
