Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Very helpful & friendly staff, I've always been extremely pleased with the service provided by the staff at this branch of Enterprise rent-a-car.

Rented a car on 19 July 2017 from Sheffield branch. Overall I was very pleased with the service. Great staff with a very helpful manager. Car was in excellent condition.

Great customer service at the queens road branch, polite, friendly, really great.

But.

I Ordered online and found a couple of unexpected surprise fees when I picked up the vehicle. £200 deposit for example. Extra £15 to reduce the excess. Neither of these were clearly stated before agreeing to hire the vehicle. Not cool. This is the reason why I would not hire from you again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Enterprise Queens road. Admittedly, I am a regular customer of a competitor car rental company, however I was very impressed by the car fleet of Enterprise Queens road, its competitive pricing and friendly service. I was so impressed, I returned the very next week for the very same car! Again, the staff worked hard to meet my preferred car choice. All in all, excellent service and a quality choice of cars. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service, should be 5 star, but customer toilet needs to be condemned. Literally a disgusting experience walking in there!

Overall happy but ?? If you want to reply on feedback , don't ask customers to complete when being charged for parking violations they did not commit

I initially went into Enterprise to rectify an issue where my partner had been overcharged for a rental. Whilst explaining the issue to one member of staff the manager butted in and was extremely rude. Belittled myself and basically threw me out of 'her office' quote. Emma has to be the worse person I have ever encountered in my life and I definitely won't be renting from them again and wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy! Customer service skills: 0/10

Staff always professional, friendly and quick to deal with you. Wouldnt hire from anywhere else.
