The staff were all very polite and helpful although because I had qualified for a special discount on my van hire the staff member struggled to process my booking and had to ask a colleague for help. However there was no real delay and I still commenced my hire at the time that I needed it.

It's a shame I can only give 5 stars, Jake and his team put in a solid 6 out of 5 service every time we hire a van which is at least 2 or 3 times a month.

Fantastic service and would definately recommend to anyone.
