Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was not booked for transport to my final destination.(as per Enterprice policy) I do NOT know why did this happen but I felt so unhappy. There were two staff doing nothing at the parking,but I was refused a lift to the train station.(this wouldn't take'n more than 10'of their time,but leave the customer satisfied) I had to pay GBP 14.00 for this unprofessional behavior. Please look into it, and let me know what did you find out...

I have used enterprise for a long time without any problem, costumer service is great and cars work well, until of course we cause damage to one of their cars, then they will try to rip you off as most of car rental companies. They charged us £650 for a tiny dent (only 1 cm over the limit for it to actually be considered damage) on a renault twingo, absolutely disproportionate and outrageous

Booked a vehicle online, was called to say they didn’t have any. Went to global sled drive down the road instead. Better vehicles, better price and nicer staff. Avoid this location

Excellent service and very good value for money. Far superior to other car hire companies within the Cambridge area.

Staff willing to go above and beyond, especially Tom, who worked with his colleagues to find a car for me at the very last minute. The service is really five star, but giving four stars until Enterprise website is fixed to properly filter automatic and manual cars.

They were REALLY busy when we went to pick up the car, but they made it completely worth the wait. On top of the discounts, they were very accommodating to our particular needs, even though we made the reservation at the last minute.

Great crew, the car came in at an excellent price and the service was very satisfactory indeed.

Most awful service of all. Some clerks were quite rude, and left me a car that's nothing similar to mine, and none drivable to me at all, then they said I can take taxi instead and reimburse for me, but more than a month has passed, still no paying back!!! Appalling service.
