I was expected, the car was ready; and the policy of charging a reasonable pump price if the driver hasn't managed to find a petrol station to fill up before returning the vehicle is very welcome.

Staff were friendly and helpful and car was ready at time of collection. Good price makes hiring affordable.

Pleasant working with Amy - car needs tourist maps provided - especially for foreign visitors who are exploring wider area.

American Customer service!!! My bottom!!! I booked a car and a pick up for 9am. Then they tell me at 5.10pm the day before that they cannot pick me up until 12.00pm. What good is that to me? I would hitch hike before I rented a car from Enterprise. Utterly rubbish.

The staff were really helpful and supportive. I booked the wrong date on-line and luckily telephoned the day before I was due to pick up the hire vehicle. The staff member was able to change this booking and made sure I had a vehicle to use on the following day.

Unfortunately we had to use your services following the write off of our car by our insurance company. It was all very stressful at the time. However your faultless help made it so much more bearable.

The car we had, the Astra, was excellent and I could hardly believe it was only a 1 litre engine, as it was as smooth as a much bigger CC.
