Renting is so easy.. With a wide variety of cars. The staff is also very polite and helpful.

First time I had hired from this location and service was just as good as the other branch I've used in the past.

Generally good. A bit of trouble with a cloned number plate picking up Dart charges but I went in to the branch and they sorted everything out there and then!

Update to this, they didn't sort this out. I found this out two months later when I got a letter from DART threatening court action. Will not use again!

Rent a car company at a reasonable price. Very nice, kind, friendly and a co-operative staff handling customers very politely and efficiently. I recommend them number one locally.

What was also exceptional was the service I received from the staff. I booked online and received a call within literally seconds to personally confirm the booking. I was picked up to collect the car by someone extremely chatty and personable. The staff at the depot are like one huge happy family. They are all full of banter and the whole team acknowledges you and enters into conversation. You are made to feel so welcome - not like a customer making a purchase but as a much appreciated client.
Overall the service was outstanding.
This is my second car in the last 3 months and I will continue to use Enterprise and recommend them without hesitation

I'm writing to you to give you some feedback on the customer service, I received at your branch.

I rented a car to pick my family up form Heathrow London Airport who were traveling back to London from Saudi Arabia (pilgrimage).

The reason for renting a car was that the luggage would not be able to fit in my car.

When I reserved the car I was given zafira mini MVP. Upon booking a to hire this car I came across to a very nice, helpful & professional representative called UZAYRI SHEIKH who helped me to book something suitable.

He enquired about the reason for the hire, asking relevant questions to find out which vehicle would be suitable for the luggage. He used his past knowledge and advised me to go for 'SEAT large MVP instead of zafira mini MVP(which I had initially booked over the phone)'.

He upgraded the booking without extra charge, which I am content about.

I am happy with the service provide at the branch by UZAYRI and happily rate him with 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟(5 stars)
