Met at the station by a very polite and helpful young man who drove us to the office to complete paperwork and show us round the car. He also met us on our return and drove us back to the station - exceptional customer service and we shall certainly use you again.

Very efficient from the collection from home by Dominique, very professional and polite, to the pickup of the vehicle. It was not quite ready, but the wait was minimal.

On the return it was super efficient and again a professional Dominique gave me a ride home.

Appalling after care service. Beware - If something goes wrong the staff particularly the manager David and Deputy manager Katie do not want to know! The other staff don't have a clue - their excuse "i'm new, I've just started! Very unhelpful service! 2 weeks after hiring the car the branch still have not returned the remainder of my deposit. Would not use this service again - very poor

Dealt with Dominic & Kate for a van rental. Both excellent, friendly and efficient. A credit to Enterprise. Much appreciated. Thank you
