Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Pick up went smoothly, friendly staff. Car then started asking for ad-blue top up so popped back and was done within 5 minutes.

Excellent service. Always helpful and accommodating.

Promise a specific size of car but only have small one. Customer services don't care to repeated emails.

Hired a lovely car but had costs taken from my bank account twice. I phoned to inform enterprise and was told it would be refunded within 2 days. It wasn't and was then told it would take 2 Weeks. I told them it was unacceptable and was fobbed off with promises of someone calling me back- they never did!! I went to my bank and they took the money back for me. Poor service and unacceptable. Shame on them!

I hire vans 2 or 3 times a year from this location and am 100% satisfied with the service, very efficient and friendly people.

Good, but pricey.

Helpful friendly staff and good service they offer.
But me personally, almost every car iv used from them has broken down on me.
Lucky on unimportant runs but still a pain.
