Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great service and helpful. Looked after well by Nathan who collected me from home and handed the car over and Wayne who took the car back at the end of the day.

Not ideal to pick up your vehicle that has already been running on reserve fuel. Vehicles should be fully fuelled and you return it fully fuelled. Trying to find a fuel station is a hassle you could do without. Staff helpful enough and everything explained clearly.

The staff at Telford that I dealt with were most proficient & polite, & I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to others (which is exactly what I have done over the past few years)

Overall the service was good with regard to the timely delivery of a clean car booked only slightly before collection.
Aspects of insurance and penalties for any damage to the car were explained clearly and briefly.
Upon returning the car, there was some discussion about the time at which the car should apparently have been returned, about which I had not been made completely aware. The staff kindly agreed to waive any penalty (a further day's rental fee) agreeing that upon my collection of the car it may not have communicated to me very clearly. I thought that was very kind and very reasonable of them.
As I had forgotten to fill the fuel tank, the staff allowed me to have the cost taken out of my deposit, which was helpful as I had very little time to do anything about that.

I have hired cars from here a lot over the last 6 months or more and the staff and service is excellent I can't think of a single negative thing to say. The staff are really polite and helpful, always happy and smiling. The cars are always excellent too. I recommend Enterprise in Telford to everyone. In particular Shabbir is a great asset and when I went last week I also dealt with a new woman, Shabs (?), who was really helpful and polite.

Had to rent a car at short notice after a pothole problem with our car. The staff were very supportive and explained all the alternatives in a professional manner and were not patronising. The vehicle was superb and fitted our 6 foot 7 inch son with no problem in the rear of the 4 door Astra.
The return of the vehicle was just as efficient with a lift given to the garage where our car was being repaired. Would certainly use the company again!
