Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Over an hour late picking me up..gave me a filthy van.....when I brought it back they just dismissed it.. arrangements were for a ten o'clock drop back... I am currently sitting in their portacabin at 10.20 waiting for my lift with my two boys.. what a bunch of unprofessional cowboys.. I'm going to get more than annoyed in a minute.

When the branch manager says your deposit will be refunded in a couple of days be warned it's actually seven to ten business days so if you hire on a Friday like me you're looking at two weeks to get your money back worse hire experience I've ever had

Incredibly polite helpful staff. Fast service both from Maps on staff and one member of staff who was in from romford. All of them fantastic. Would highly recommend

You can't give Zero stars - Completely let us down & wasted TWO days.

Booked a van via call centre who, according to Rich at Maldon Branch (apparent manager) states "they just book them, they don't check stock". Incapable of calling to "inform" the customer that actually the size van you ordered we don't have but heres a monster one for you, then does the same thing less than 24 hours later, its as if you are in a time warp & the incopmpetency knows no bounds whatsoever.

If something here seems to good to be true on price in this case it definately was, becuase they DON'T stock the vehilces you ordered, they CAN'T get them in & they DON'T phone you to pre-warn you.

Thanks to these idiots I have WASTED TWO DAYS waiting for them to get their act together for aboslutley NOTHING.

I will NOT be giving these idiots any more of my time nor money - advice - AVOID & go elsewhere where they can actually DEAL with you.

Excellent service, spoke to Rich at 5pm needed a car for 8am the next day for one of our staff they couldn't get a car until 11am, we needed something urgent. Rich managed to make some calls and then came back to us before 6pm with a car that would be ready at 8am.... Thanks so much... really helped us out with our clients.
