Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Arrived 25 minutes late to pick me up, asked me if I could drive an auto when booking said yes please I prefer an auto as my car is one, got a manual saloon to replace my auto estate?

My lift was a little bit late so the lady in charge gave me half a tank of petrol as an apology. Superb service, thank you very much. I can't remember her name I'm afraid however I know she went to the uea in conversation.

If there is 0 option I would press is. Be aware. This company holding my money for a month and still not seem to refund yet. I'v transfer from visa debit card to reserved the car and paid full amount almost £100. On the next day received phone call of cancel my booking as my address didn't match driving license. Basically I not even use the service ( car) but my money was paid and it still nowhere to be seem to refund. I'm now gonna move on with court order to sort this matter as I couldn't get help from the customer service. Everytime I rang it just said it on proceeding. It over 4 week!!!! I also got the same problem at Eurocar hire which I hired the car but deposit also hasn't been refund yet. It also over 3 weeks.

From the booking to getting the hire car was all five star. Really friendly helpful staff, collected us from our caravan site and brought us back when we returned the car. The car was exceptionally clean and well worth the money. Thank you to all staff for your incredible customer service we will definitely recommend you to others and will certainly use you again.

I had a very bad experience with this company. I have paid the fare (from a debit card) but for guaranty they only accept credit card. Well I don't have a credit card but I really have enough on my debit card. Anyway the deal was canceled and they said will give back my money. Well the normal term is 14 working days, now we over 30 working days since and guess what? No money back! Every time I call, they say yes the money was paid by a check or the head office will take care of the situation today, but not later than tomorrow. So you have ZERO stars!
