Enterprise Rent-A-Car

During my recent experience with the romford branch I met with 4 people. ( 3 counter staff and one behind the scenes? Sadly I don't remember any names but each of them were excellent, courteous and very knowledgeable. They, as much as the superb car made my whole experience a very enjoyable event.

the staff and manager are all very friendly and professional, and I enjoy meeting them.
They are proactive in ensuring that the rental experience is exceptional

The vehicle was ready on time, staff were very accommodating offering to wait for me 10 mins after closing time as I was stuck in traffic. All options were clearly explain with no pressure applied to take on extra options. The staff were very friendly and helpful all around.

I come to this place by accidentally as Europcar left me on the ice when they cancelled my booking 12 hours before pick-up time. The place is great, service is wonderful, and very helpful. From now this will be my main place for car/van rental in Romford area. Within 2 weeks I rented a car three times. Every time service was always at the highest level

The staff at Romford are friendly,pleasant and helpful it like i know them they always give me nice cars and sometime have a choice as well
The service is fast on my journey in no time they go over everything before i leave.

A good service with very polite and informative staff.

Good company. Nothing to complain except their site is useless. After booking a car from them online, payment made and confirmation number and email received this is no guarantee that you will get the car. You should always call them after booking just to make sure they will make the car available to you.

Person called adnaan very rude...need to learn how to handle customer service...there's no service in here at all...disgusting place to rent a car from...I do not recommend this place.. They use bad language to customer..disgusting team.
