Really great professional car rental company. I've used them lots of times after trying other companies (and after recently being stung by a thieving company abroad). I am always pleased with the service here as the staff are friendly and go the extra mile to help. Twice we have arrived back late after their closing time and employees have been kind enough to wait for us rather than charge us for another day. Once the car smelled mildly of cigarettes and when I mentioned it to the employee he apologised and gave me £50 off the next rental which I have now redeemed.

Generally staff were very good and polite. The actual adviser who i dealt with had a poor attitude. No care for customers and was upset that i asked for the vehicle to be clean. Very rude and also should poor attitude towards having the vehicle cleaned. I have rented more then 10 times from enterprise and this particular staffs attitude towards me was poor. Never expected this from Enterprise staff. Vehicle was not clean at all. Not inside and neither outside. Well upset i was. Would not go back to rent from this branch again unless i had no choice.

I have used Enterprise in the last two years and it was amazing. Now I needed a van for the 30th and Mr. Helder (of which he refused to give me his last name but was happy to give me his manager's full name) phoned me saying it won't be possible because the system can't check my proof of address. I told him that I can come round and show him a proof of address in person but he refused saying it's a different system now. When I asked him to keep trying to check the system he refused again and didn't give me a plausible reason. Very unhappy with this company specially the Bow Road branch for not want to help me. How hard is it to try check my details again the next day? There is nothing wrong with my payment or personal details. I don't understand this kind of treatment we get when we are good customers.

Worst customer service. So at first we were told that our online booking was cancelled as there were no cars available. Then we got a phone call 30 mins prior to their office closing saying they have a car for us. We left our lunch half way, called an uber to get there before closing. Now tbey checked all our details, we said we'd pay with debit but they can't process our hire as we didnt pass an address score. However if we decide to pay with credit card then we can hire a car. What a stupid system! I am utterly disappointed. Never ever hiring a car from Enterprise again.

I have hired from Enterprise generally and never had a bad experience. In particular I rent from Bow on a fairly regular basis. Never had a bad experience, never had a bad rental. On one occasion when I noticed some damage to seat adjustment controls, they changed the car immediately and gave me an upgrade without any extra charge.
Staff are friendly and helpful and recognise you as a returning customer. All good.
