Great customer service. Quick and easy to collect and drop off. Reps explain details clearly and will hire from them again.

In branch staff were very helpful once the car(s) had been booked on line.
The pick you up service was fantastic.

The small compact car we had booked was not available, so they substituted an 8 person people carrier. Normally a size upgrade is appreciated, but this monster consumed double the fuel that we had budgeted for on our long journey. No matter it was a fab vehicle

I suggest that you book online, don't go into a branch thinking its easy to book in branch. However, once booked online, the service is fantastic.

As said above very plesent people who are aeays polite and happy to help.

Awful experience. Booked a small van, got an email confirming my reservation. I then made promises as a result of receiving confirmation.

30 minutes later I received a 'courtesy call' to inform me that they don't actually have any vans whatsoever, and that the van I'd booked was actually in Kent.

I asked if there were any other vans I could hire more nearby, I was told he didn't know and that I'd have to go back to the centra van reservations.

Pathetic
