Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Absolutely disgraceful service!!! NEVER use this branch of Enterprise. After dropping my hire car back I get a call from an employee named Sheika saying that there was a massive rip in the tyre and that I would have to transfer around £100+ to her personal account so that she doesn't have to go through enterprise and this way it wouldn't effect my premium. I call back only to find out that the car was completely fine and that Enterprise have no idea what I'm on about. After three weeks of chasing this up I spoke to a manager who basically denied the whole thing and said he wouldn't do anything about it. Absolutely disgraceful service and dodgy branch.

The atmosphere was a little bit fraught because the branch was so busy at my collection time - so much so that I couldn't get thorough on the phone to give them my 'pick me up from the station in ten minutes' call. I did get to the branch by taxi though and they immediately agreed to refund the fare. I felt they dealt with the situation fairly and professionally and would certainly recommend them for courteous service an devalue for money.

The staff are realty friendly. Nice and easy ID verification which can take an age at other hire companies. Vehicle I hired was clean and in good condition. Just wish they'd give you the vehicle with a full tank of fuel so it's easier to return rather than trying to guess how much fuel to put in to get back to the original level. Small complaint but worth noting. Still five star service though.

I have used Enterprise in 9 different countries and they always deliver a consistently high standard, Watford has delivered to their high standards. Recommended with no hesitation.

This was our first time renting a car from Enterprise and it was a very pleasant experience. They have a great range of cars and even offer a pick up and drop off service for free which was great after a long journey home. The branch manager Dan Tearle was fantastic in making sure we were satisfied with the service they provided. We will definitely be back again soon.

Staff can sometimes be unprofessional. Promised a car, got there and car was gone and they couldnt even say sorry.

Told me that my car was ready and it wasn't I had to wait three days over the weekend to get a rental. if you ask me it's very poor customer service
